I’ve written for audiences from the general public to high-level executives to key stakeholders to employees, faculty, and students. I’ve written everything from UX content and technical documentation to social media to a top-scoring grant proposal that resulted in a $2.68 million grant. I have particular expertise conveying complex information to lay audiences.
In my work for software companies, consulting firms, nonprofits, and government, I have demonstrated my ability to handle multiple tasks and produce high-quality print and digital materials while meeting tight deadlines. I work well with a wide variety of people at all levels of an organization.

I have years of experience collaborating with interaction designers, developers, and visual designers to present information in clear, visually appealing ways.
